Internal Auditing Course for Compliance Staff
We run a comprehensive internal auditing course for compliance staff, to give them the tools to conduct internal audits. This involves theory, a practice audit on “live” files and a follow up spot check audit on files internally audited one month after the course with a full report.

Audit Services We Provide
Mock Audit / Spot Check Audit
A random selection of 5 files audited to full compliance standard with a GAP analysis report. This is a one off service booked by the client in advance. The client will be asked to give us a list of workers that are actively working assignments. ACI wiII select 5 names. The client will be given a link to an external encrypted folder to upload the candidate files and Company policies along with instructions and details of everything that is needed.

Monthly maintenance audit with GAP analysis (5 files)
As above but an ongoing monthly subscription for Spot audits.

Monthly maintenance audit with GAP analysis (10 files)
As above but an ongoing monthly subscription for Spot audits.
Price: £750+VAT per audit
Quarterly maintenance audit with GAP analysis (10 files)

Candidate file sign off
Once a candidate file is deemed ready for work a candidate file sign off checks all the compliance criteria is correct and is signed off by a senior compliance officer.
Price: 50+VAT per file for first 5 sign-offs. Thereafter £40+VAT.
CV formatting and Referencing
Checking CV and formatting for upload to the Trust. Applying for appropriate references for each candidate in line with CV details. Fully compliant with temporary staffing contract requirements - no electronic date stamping via portals. Electronic authenticated Signatures only.
Price: £50+VAT per candidate.
NHS Occupational Health Requirements Training for compliance staff
Free of charge for our Occupational Health customers. Price on application for those organisations who are not currently an ACI customer for Occupational Health.
Full outsourced compliance
ACI act as your compliance team and manage all of your compliance requirements. This involves a full partnership relationship with synchronised use of CRM etc.

Clinical Complaints Handling
ACI provide a clinical team to handle and resolve your clinical complaints. Full details on request.
There are 2 pricing options available:
- Monthly retainer fee of £100+VAT per month, which includes up to 4 hours of the Complaints Team's admin work and thereafter £35+VAT per hour; or
- No retainer fee. Complaints Team's admin work charged out at £35+VAT per hour.
