What we do on site

Rapid audit and mock inspection

A full or focused review against the standards that matter to you. We simulate CQC, Ofsted, JCCP or RCVS expectations, observe practice, sample records, interview staff and produce an improvement plan with priorities, timescales and owners.

Policy, procedure and governance checks

We test whether policies are current, embedded and evidenced in day to day work. That includes quality assurance calendars, risk registers, incident learning and governance minutes with clear follow up.

Staff files, credentials and safer recruitment

We review recruitment records, training matrices, appraisals, right to work, professional registrations and role based competencies, then help you close any gaps quickly.

Training and clinical skills sign off

We deliver targeted refreshers at your site, from basic life support and infection prevention to medication, safeguarding and clinical skills sign off for delegated tasks in complex care. Evidence is provided for inspection.

Occupational health screening and phlebotomy

Using our mobile unit, we can undertake immunisation status checks, serology, BCG scar checks and fitness for role assessments, plus new starter screening where required.

Digital evidence pack and action plan

You receive an inspection ready pack with findings, root causes, actions, templates and trackers. We can return to verify completion and provide continuous improvement support.

Care homes and domiciliary care

We map your evidence to the CQC Single Assessment Framework quality statements, strengthen governance under Regulation 17 Good Governance, and build your audit calendar so you stay inspection ready all year. We can also complete medication, MAR and IPC deep dives.
