We have had a very positive experience working with ACI Training and Consultancy to deliver the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training – Tier 2 to our staff.

The training was engaging, informative, and delivered with a clear understanding of the responsibilities and challenges faced within health and social care. A particular strength of the training was the involvement of the Experts by Experience, who were absolutely amazing. Their willingness to share their personal journeys and lived experiences had a powerful impact on staff, bringing the training to life and supporting a much deeper understanding of the people we support. Staff found this element especially valuable and meaningful.

Feedback from staff has been extremely positive, with many highlighting how relevant the training felt to their day-to-day practice and how it supported reflection on values, dignity, and person-centred care. Communication and organisation throughout the process were professional and efficient, making the training easy to arrange and deliver.

I connected with the ACI team at the Nursery Management Show in November, where we quickly built a strong rapport. I was keen to create opportunities for our Educators to access Paediatric First Aid training, and together we began planning how this could work.

We initially trialled two sessions at our Birmingham and Preston branches, and the feedback from our Educators was extremely positive. The trainers, Kate and Darren, were highly engaging, knowledgeable, and thorough in their delivery.

As an NHS National Framework provider, we are contractually obliged to ensure that the Medical Locums provided into the NHS are recruited to a standard which complies with the terms and conditions of supply under this contract.
