Simon Grist

Simon joined ACI Training and Consultancy in 2020, after a long career in the aviation industry. He has many years’ experience working in HR and Compliance, including dealing with all aspects of staff engagement, training and development and employment law. Simon is currently overseeing the Drs Appraisal and Revalidation Department. He works closely with Darren to ensure ACI’s ongoing compliance to, and certification against, ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems).
